The Administrative Staff Department is the staffing department associated with the administrative side of ourpride. The administrative staff department is consisted of:

Each of these staff members are crucial to the day-to-day operations of ourpride. Coordinators act as a "multiple-in-one," serving as human resources, department coordination, etc. Assistant Directors are team leads/team directors who direct their own teams. Organizational Directors run staffing departments, each of which host many teams. They all report to the executive director, who is the chief administrative officer.
The Volunteer Staff Department is the staffing department associated with providing most of the services that ourpride offers. As the largest staffing department, it has the most volunteers under it. the volunteer staff department is consisted of:

Each of these volunteers are absolutely critical to the success of ourpride. CACLOT Project & Future Projects deliver on many projects made by ourpride. Support Staff supporters are meant to be as a "community perspective" alternative. Never use ourpride's support team as professional opinions or voices. Community Engagement & Outreach are taking the ideas by the CALCOT Project & Future Projects team and engaging the community's interest.
The Communications Staff Department is the staffing department associated with the moderation of the official ourpride communications servers. As the staffing department with the least stringent volunteering requirements, anyone can become a moderator if they're dedicated to it! Each of our communications staff are dedicated to the moderation and safeguarding of our communications servers.
The External Affairs Staff Department is the staffing department associated with collaboration and sponsors with outside parties. Varying from the International Alliance Conference to collaborating with other organizations, our External Affairs Staff Department is crucial to our public relations! The External Affairs Staff Department consists of:

International Alliance Conference Coordinators
The Director for External Affairs is the senior-most member of external affairs. They are the ourpride liason towards outside parties, and is a spokesperson for the entirety of ourpride. Our External Affairs Ambassadors are ambassadors handpicked by the Director of External Affairs to represent our organization. IAC Coordinators are planners who plan out the International Alliance Conference, and schedule events for the International Alliance Conference.
