Our founders were the core starting members of ourpride. Although they have no concrete say in organizational policies, they may hold administrative positions in our organization. 

Our founders' advisory role is a secondary role. Their primary duties (if they hold an administrative position) is to serve their primary duty, then their advisory duties.

Our Coordinators are crucial members of our staff. They serve as supervisors, human resources, and coordinators. They are the brains of our organization and coordinate through departments. We have a team of 9 coordinators who all coordinate either Team Coordination, Human Resources, or Volunteer Supervision.

Our Principle Volunteers are crucial leaders in the ourpride volunteer family. There are up to 2 per team. They currently act as, "deputy team directors," to operate and coordinate the day-to-day operations of a team.
